Standard issue Mining laser - Use deuterium fluoride as chemical charges to produce a beam that deliver about 10 megawatts of power, the main beam is used to vaporize the asteroid rocks and a secondary optical solenoid beam that carry the gas back to a precipitation chamber where minerals can solidify again and be filtered and refined for industrial use.
