Description
A really, really, REALLY stupid expansion to my Plushies Portraits mod. Features Fluffy/Plushies planets and a special Plushie empire that can live on Fluffy Worlds.

NOTE: ALWAYS USE THE FLUFFY TRAIT ALONGSIDE THE CIVIC OR ELSE THE FLUFFY WORLDS WILL HAVE 0% HABITABILITY!

I rather enjoyed this mod, and its compatriot, ever since i saw a youtuber combine it with Gigastructural engineering, and would like to do so again... but if you have no intention of updating this, please tell me so, so that i may put those wants aside and move on.

@dekeche is that another (or same race) but only for players ? so the paluush are already in it? and theres a chance to encounter them? in 3.0 ?
