**** Reat's Hardcore Supermod Overhaul Version 1.08 ****

Reat's Hardcore Supermod Overhaul, or RHSO, is a gameplay changing mod specifically designed for hardcore play. That said, considering the amount of sheer content this mod adds, it's not hard to see using this mod to play in softcore games as well. The point of this mod isn't to make hardcore harder, but to shift the balance and make it more enjoyable. This mod does that through a variety of new and changed content, such as: new item affixes, 'cursed' items that provide large boons but come with a cost, new champion affixes, much larger variety of champions, traps and AOE skills that actually cause enough damage to be worth avoiding, new spells, quality of life changes (such as increased spawn of fire-cannons), and much much more. This mod should be the only gameplay mod you'll need! The only mods I can recommend using with RHSO are mods that add new graphics, chunks, and possibly classes. Anything that relies on base files may not work as intended, as a large number of them were changed with this mod. I suggest you read the full changelog in the readme to understand all of the many, many changes this mod makes.

Potion drop rate reduced, spell drop rate increased
Added new item affixes: Aegis, of Safekeeping (these proc on hit Aegis shield), Super, of the Superman (these proc Supercharge on kill), Bursting, of Energy Blast (these proc Charge Domination on kill), Miasma, of the Scourge (these proc Poison Burst on kill), Numbing, of the Frozen Soul (these proc Frozen Soul on kill), Piranha, of the Feeding Frenzy (these proc Feed of the Weak on kill)
Added new uniques: Level 50 and 90 versions of The Skull
Spell: Frost spell damage reduced (still higher than vanilla level)
Equippable spells now have rarity normalized
Equippable spell icons diversified
Added tier 7 versions of all equippable spells
Earth Attunment affix nerfed
Adrenaline Rush spell buffed

All stats now scale linearly!
Champion spawn doubled!
Traps now twice as deadly!

Poison-element fists fully supported!
Electric-element cannons fully supported!
Elemental 1 handed maces fully supported!
2 handed weapons overhauled!
Mage-shields fully supported!
True Mimic mod by zParticle integrated!
Unique-beams mod by Aherin integrated!
Ultimate Boss Chests mod by Warhead integrated!

From what I've seen of this mod, it's great. One thing I can't figure out...this alleged Rogue class. I see the vanilla four, the three added by Synergies ('cause I use Synergies), and a Ranger....but no Rogue. A typo perhaps. I'll have to create a Ranger and have a look over the skills, might find some nice back-stabbery to do ;-)

Working on a compilation which includes this mod. If you do not wish for me to use RHSO, please let me know and I'll keep my compilation private.

I have recently found that attempting to use this mod together with "Torchlight Overhaul Project UIMC Dark Edition" crashes the game upon launch. Have not attempted to merge the mods together to attempt to fix this issue.

I've incorporated this mod within my merged mod pack! NO MERCY It's actually a little more than just a merged pack, take a look! ;D

All weapon types got new modifiers to make them a bit different in play style, with 2 handed getting the 'better' modifiers overall. DPS is the same as vanilla though, but range for 2 handed was overall increased substantially.

Update 10: just a bit of a hotfix as the Blood Magic items were too strong. Might have a new item or affix sneak in with this update as well.
