Description
Rental ground in a village environment. Bus stop next to lot. 4 parking lots around.

Small starting ground for your "from the scratch" feeling.

140 m² complete house size.

Rentables:
- 24 m² garage + 4m² toilet (start room)
- 34 m² house main room + 4m² toilet
- 10 m² cellar room (small ventilation)
- 12 m² cellar room (small ventilation)

You begin with garage+toilet.
In the house is a main room+toilet to rent. Also a floor with vending machine is present in the house.
Stairs lead to two basement cellars with ventilations for limited server room functionality. In the garden you find benches with table.

Radiators in garage and main room for heating. Cooling through separated AC Unit.

First blueprint mod, so hopefully functional. And remember, Alpha 10.7 with roof!

Please update to fix the fact that the toilet room doesn't work! The large window is rendering it non-functional.

It is meant as simple and inexpensive starting ground with a little space for max. 2 teams and very basic server connectivity. I also created a more flexible trailer park map and since today a larger brick building with lots of rooms in the city.

I like the concept so I created a Homegrown Gaming company but quickly realized I was out of space! I need more rooms to lease or did I miss that?
