!AltLasers & ESC 3.0 Patch

Description
This patch creates the Alternative Lasers effect for all Extra Ship Components 3.0 laser type weapons.

Without this patch Extra Ship Components 3.0 lasers fire like conventional vannilla lasers.

As an FYI - Alternative Laser Graphics was updated and merged into an All in One type Graphics mod: Amazing Space Battles - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1878473679

The author states his new ASB mod is compatible with NSC and ECS 3.0, but he is working on a patch for the ESC 3.0 Effects to be used (thus replacing the need for this patch here).

Small note (not really a bug): The mod is still named "!AltLasers & ESC 2.0 Patch" in the .mod file. I know that does no harm at all but I know the trolls showing up here to tell you THAT THE MOD IS TOTALLY BROKEN AND YOU HAVE (!!!) TO UPDATE! :P

@toto Yes I changed it from 2.0 to 3.0. But if you still play with 2.0 this patch works.
