Description
A peaceful sanctuary centered in a natural clearing has become engulfed by war.

The year is 1869. The Battle of the Valley has been raging for some time. A continuous series of ill-fated attacks and counterattacks has drained both armies of considerable resources and manpower. In an effort to consolidate their forces, the Imperials abandoned the nearby roads and regrouped around a lonely sanctuary. Pursued by the Shogunate Army on all sides, the Imperials dug in, starting a month-long siege. Assault after assault on the Imperial position has cost the Shogunate dearly, but Imperial supplies are beginning to run dangerously thin.

Now, the Shogunate Army has detonated a massive underground concentration of munitions, obliterating a large chunk of the Imperial line instantaneously. The pivotal moment of the battle - perhaps the war - is at hand. The enemy must be made Dead, and their Hope along with them.

Supports any number of players. To play as the sieging force, pick team 1 (the left team in the battle setup screen), and to play as the besieged force, pick team 2 (the right team in the battle setup screen).
