LD Spam Remover

Removes all entities of the same type created by the same user. For example, if someone spawns a tons of NPCs and they all drop random crap, you can use this tool to remove it. Only admins can remove props that aren't theirs using this tool.

This is based on https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1512058212, which is based on philxyz's spam remover addon. This modification removes a crash when clicking on a non-entity by fixing client-side prediction and also addresses some efficiency issues.
