The Runt - Starter (HV) L1 Unlock

Description
*UPDATE 12/9/2018* Added a Cargo Box and Removed 1 Green Hover Thruster so it can be spawned on most servers. Reworked thruster positions so the build is properly balanced.

The Runt is my newest starter HV that unlocks at level 1. It has 4 Large cargo boxes and 2 Fuel tanks. The frame was designed to allow adding onto it as needed.

Hope it helps you get going without the motorbike in survival!

@Bonedog [author] I really like the looks and simplicity of this design.

However, could you please publish a version of this with the drills, guns and headlights already mounted, as shown in the last screenshot? That's what I'm really interested in. And I'd rather not have to customize it myself.
