Large Grinder Repaired (2018 Re-upload)

Description
This is a repaired version of https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=341579964&searchtext=large+grinder because the mod would crash the game when you tried to place a grinder. I've repaired the issue and am re-uploading it for others.

At request of the original mod author I can remove this, but their mod hadn't been touched since 2015, so I figured it would be easier to just re-upload so I can use this while playing with friends.

Changes made:

grinders don't crash the game
grinder is easier to place (ghost has bottom at hand position)
grinder mounting points are changed a bit

Any chance you can also fix Eikesters large drill too? same authors tool series currently has broken animations and radius

The block can be successfully placed now, but the base is 10x10 small block instead of the 9x9 you were intending so it no longer aligns properly. Shouldn't be too hard to fix.

I think it is specifically due to how the blocks are organized in their XML descriptions which is why this was broken but not the other one. Or, maybe he fixed the other one but forgot this one, who knows.
