This is Leifang Succubus with Marie Rose's hair (I dunno, I just like it, lol)

Jigglebones for hair and boobs (not perfect for hair, I'll try to figure out how to do it and reupload mod again later) and tail (maybe I'll add jiggles to wings later...I dunno).

First-person arms and vgui images included ;)

I don't think I can figure it out myself, and I don't want to bother people with my requests on doing facial anims or teach me how to do it. But yeah, I'd love to learn how to do it.
