[DEPRECATED] Inquisitors: Only One Cleanse

Description
DEPRECATED
I'm no longer maintaining this mod and likely won't even respond to comments here. This game option (and many more) is maintained in my flagship mod: DB's Civ VI Gold. Unsubscribe to this and subscribe to that.

DESCRIPTION
Inquisitors only get one cleansing charge each, instead of the usual three (and don't get bonus charges from Mosques or the Exodus of the Evangelicals golden age commemoration).

With the default Inquisitors, it is too easy to defend against an invading religion. Inquisitors are cheap and one of their charges can remove 99,999 foreign religious pressure in a city. All you have to do is stash a couple of these guys away and cleanse all your towns once the invaders use up their charges. With this mod, Inquisitors are still cheap solid homeland defenders that force the invader to bring some Apostles to clear them out (by theological combat). But they aren't super-cleansers that make a religious victory laughable.

Just a quick note to say that this mod is now deprecated but the idea lives on as a Game Option in DB's Civ VI Gold .

Does this also nerf Phillip II, or does he still get +1 charges (for a total of 2 with this mod enabled)?

I presume the AI doesn't really use this properly though?
