The name translates to something along the lines of "Red Tiger" of Homelessness. Drifting Red Tiger sounds better. I dunno, you decide.

Anyway it's Atsushi Maruyama in a mask. Mostly a re-skin as one would expect but there's enough new spots in there to justify a separate edit. Also the attire looks a bit terrible, thanks Fire Pro and your lack of asymmetry.
