hey for quebec we need to restore the borders ( ALL OF THE ST. LAWRENCE RIVER PROVINCES INCLUDING MICHIGHAN AND OHIO )

@twaligora33 It's not accurate, but its different! There are 20 different mods out there that make the 2 Quebecois sates into a country, but none of them also included the now secluded regions that Canada could no longer defend! And make Greenland a releasable country! and add more VPs to Quebec
