Item Beggar

The Item Beggar asks for items and gives you a different item in exchange, think gun munchèr from Enter the Gungeon.

It will give 1 item per 2-3 items given to it and will fly away after giving 3 items, it can spawn items from a variety of different item pools, like devil deal, secret room and boss rush.

When you touch it a list of your items will appear, you can choose which item to give it by pressing the SWAP button.

Use it to get rid of stuff that you don't want like curse of the tower, or hp ups, or items that just give you pickups, since you won't lose the hp/pickups.
(can't trade in the schoolbag if you mave multiple active items as doing that causes weird bugs)

Like the dead beggar it can replace another beggar at random and won't spawn more than once per floor, however its spawn chance is a bit lower than dead beggars.

You can adjust the item beggars spawn rate using the Mod Config Menu.
