Abandoned Towns (Hook) Rebuilt and Repopulated

Description
A Mod (for Vers. 0.99.4 experimental) that rebuilds and repopulates the two Abandoned Towns in the southwest corner of the map and belong to the United Cities. Both share the same file so they are nearly the same (Shops, Residents etc).

What can you find in the towns now?

1 Bar
1 Barrack
2 Residents with Citizens
1 Travel Shop
1 General Shop
2 Farmer Residents
1 Power Station
1 Hat Shop (Southern Town)
1 Police Station (Southern Town)

Great job man, any plans to fix some of the other ruined towns around the United Cities territory?

GUD IDEA but anychance you an release a version of this where thouse towns are semi ruined and squatted in by the u.c out laws? would be gud lore wise as it makes sence outlaws would make camps out of the ruins
