Gotcha. My understanding is that this would install as a separate route, anyway, so I would imagine scenarios for your version don't work for the original and vice versa. As for skins, one can always substitute using Ts-Tools if needed; I'm trying to help identify causes for things I'm finding and am keeping my game third-party-free for the time being, so that also rules out free skins like DPSimulation's (though I might download them for later use).

Cyclone I’m sorry I toke 9 Months to reply to you but I’m not sure if you can play the scenarios on the Original Version of the Riviera Line I think you will need to have the Upgraded Version of the Route in order to Play them also Reskins and Third Party Payware Content is required in some of the Scenarios.

Question. If someone downloads this, will the original version of the route still work with those scenarios? Or will the route work properly with the new version of the route? I'll take a look at the scenarios, but I am new to the game and still don't have a lot of DLC besides what the Humble Bundle included, and sadly it's not geared towards a lot of scenario packs; also, been finding a lot of BNSF required and it can't be acquired outside of the U.S. (really think scenario designers need to stop using them LOL).

Thanks Nimrodel55 yes you can make your own scenarios on this route and upload them to Alan Thomson Sim.

I'll keep a lookout on Alan's website. I do have the chainlink fencing pack from UKTS. No I don't have a You Tube channel however if I ever manage to get everything needed to use your new route I would be happy to create scenarios for it.

Nimrodel55 have you got a YouTube channel if you do . Can you make videos of the New Riviera Line when you get it.
JeThro  [author] 15 Jan, 2020 @ 8:47am
Thanks Nimrodel55 just beware that I will keep updating the New Riviera Line on the Alan Thomson Sim website and they might require more dlc . And you will need Chainlink fencing pack from online as well I don’t know where you get the chainlink fencing pack from I think it’s uk Train Sim. But yeah I’m wondering about doing Paignton to Kingwear.

Wow, your going to be kept busy for a while! If you update the route to include the Dartmouth Heritage Steam Railway between Paignton and Kingswear that really would be something. I'll wait for the next steam sale before purchasing any more routes and hopefully I will have everything I need eventually. Good luck with your route building JeTHro.

Nimrodel55 yes it has got a lot of requirements on there but they are worth buying when you see this New version of the route . I am still making the New Riviera Line I still got the Paignton side of the route to do and hopefully Kingwears as well the the default version of the route doesn’t have detail all the way to kingwear but I think the 50s version does. I have done mainly between Exeter and Newton Abbot the scenery is completely remodelled but with regular patch’s to make it fit into place with real life as the route and scenery is real life copied by video on YouTube. I am thinking about making different time zones of this route like Riviera Line in the 80s and 2000s but I will have to finish the New Riviera Line first then add the changes to the New Riviera as 80s and 2000s etc. Thanks for your feedback Nimrodel55 I’m hoping to get the New Riviera Line done by the end of this year as I have been working on this for about a year now.

I know and it looks great but I am a little short on the requirements (7 routes short!), hopefully I will have these at some time in the future. Keep up the good work, you need the patience of a saint to use the route building tool in TS I've dabbled with it and it can be a very frustrating experience. Just wanted to let you know that your work is appreciated.
