Description
This mod increases the governors and priests capacity depending on imperium size!
The AI is affected too, so it should be harder on both sides!

Not compatible with any mod altering the fame_levels database.

Yes doubling governor (and maybe priests) would be much better. Can you make it please ?
because i can't find mod like this...

Just to note that the huge governor limit (48 at Terrifying imperium level) will completely break faction politics system :/ Just doubling the governor would be already powerful enough.
