[Wings] Grinding Gear Gliders

Description
This mod turns the Lively Launchers into a crazy contraption of cogs to let off some steam while flying sky-high!

I've worked with VFX before but this would be my first ever wing mod, so it might not be perfect.

Different and I like it! Not enough love has been given to the Desert Frontier (Steampunk) styles.
