Buy stats for ability points

Description
OVERVIEW
This mod adds a new UI to buy soldiers' stats with ability points.
It also disables the Covert Actions stat boosts and provides fixed income of
ability points every month.

All this functions can be configured/disabled through .ini.

FEATURES

Disable Covert Ops stats boost
Works only on newly generated Covert Ops if you installed mod mid campaign.

Enable fixed ability points bonus
With every monthly supply drop you will get fixed amount of ability points.

Buy stats button in Trainging Center soldier abilities UI.

COMPATIBILITY
This mod should be compatible with almost everything
and you should be able to add/remove it mid campaign without any problem.
No class override.

can you move the option to buy stats from the Training Center UI to the plain Soldier Abilities UI (preferably by the actual stat display) so Psi-Ops can buy extra stats because their inability to access the Training Center this mod unfortunately makes them prone to getting left behind in terms of raw stats

they also cant be injured or tired to train them. but it does seem like you can use soldier ap to train them sometimes.

for everyone saying this doesnt work it does kinda work still. It doesnt work when you have soldier ap so you have to spend all your soldier ap and use xcom ap to buy stats. plus it doesnt update how much ap you have so you have to keep track of it yourself. but it will update if you leave and go back to the screen.

If your looking for a mod to allow you to buy stats for psi operatives when used with this mod this one works. It removes the psi lab tho so there is a trade off and requires a run before you get the lab or any psi soldiers. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1138411890
