Houmen Bay,China-鲘门湾 深汕经济特区

Welcome to Houmen Bay. This is the newly established Coastal Economic Development Zone in the country, which is established by Shenzhen and Shanwei. The bay beach and the alpine plain constitute the unique geographical features here.
But there is only one highway and some main roads built at the end of the last century. The new high-speed rail is also passing. Can you make use of existing resources to develop the area?

Tips:
- There are even extra roads beyond game restrictions.
- The sea route in the map is real, so you don't have to worry about not connecting to the route.
- A lot of beaches, maybe a good place to develop tourist vacations.
- There are plenty of mineral deposits in the mountain area.
- Water resources are abundant, but floods are prone to occur here.
- Watch out for tsunamis, most of which are slightly higher than sea level.
- A peninsula and some small islands have a small amount of oil resources.
- Perhaps agriculture is the best industry choice in plain areas.
- Recommend using 81 area to unlock mod, so you can better play this area.
- Recommend TMPE mod, maybe the game mechanism makes the early planning road not smooth.
