Trigger on Damage

Description
Super basic

the script will run a tagged programmable block once damage reaches a threshold.
Only counts damage to terminal blocks, not armour blocks.

Epic! Now I can place an explosive charge at the base of my tank turret, so when it reaches a certain level of damage it will pop it's lid!!
