OK so this is my first almost not completely broken prison, built from scratch in Alpha 10. You'll notice that almost all prisoners are complaining about clothing. This is ofcourse because fights tend to break out constantly, disrupting any work that should have taken place. This also means prisoners get to spend most of their time in handcuffs and when they're released they don't seem to understand that the reason they have not eaten or showered or watched TV or basically done ANYTHING in the last 14 days is because they're constantly fighting eachother.

I have no idea how to break this cycle.
