The flashlight texture rotates depending on the weapon. The flashlight mod works like this:
- Nearly all primary weapons will show the image right side up.
- Carrying these weapons where the flashlight is right side up increases your chances that the flashlight will be upright for the smg's and m16/ak47 when you pick them up. As a first weapon, smg's tend to be sideways. This also depends on the map, sometimes all of the assault rifles are fine.
- The hunting rifle, magnum, melee weapons, carried objects, and climbing will show the image sideways no matter what.
