Probably the more interesting of the bunch and seems like it might be playable. You could theory craft methods of obtaining calm spells and using them to beat the game. But not entirely sure how'd that work. But essentially everyone is now aggressive meaning you no longer get fined for murder since everyone is in a frenzied state. As for lore well, I guess this is I am legend except the dragonborn is the only person not murdering everything and everyone he sees. Like always elders and children aren't affected since children and elders can't have special abilities applied to their race.

Interestingly you can get your mail from the courier by calming him, though you likely won't have many friends being as everyone and their mother literally is attacking everyone. How I did this is I took the frenzy spells effect and put it as a special on every race with unique specials. This surprisingly worked with little to no work, but this is likely my last one for a while as I take a break from the meme train.

Side effects

• You cannot fast travel even with godmode.
  
• You cannot start a new game, So start from a save maybe after the helga attack.
  
• Finding petrols of imperials and prisoners fighting.
  
• Hardcore and probably impossible gameplay.

What I recommend you do if you're up to the challenge, is you start the intro without it and then enable it. Otherwise you're not going to be able to even start the game. Everything will break with this mod, its just an experiment I did while bored.
