Mid-Range Drop Pods

Description
All this does is double the Chemfuel capacity of Pod launchers from 150 to 300. That's it.

MOD COMPATIBILITY:

This is a simple xpath patch so it is compatible with any and all mods.

CREDITS:

Thanks to xhatti's LongRangePodLauncher for the inspiration to create this. Quadruple the range just seemed too OP to me, so I created this. (All my files are my own or modified directly from the core game.)

There's a strange glitch with 1.3 where it hides the description content and selectability for some items on the map with this mod.

I just pushed a very minor update to correct a yellow error. This will have no impact on games, either way. It just removes a harmless error. Specifically, I changed <targetVersion> to <supportedVersions>:
<targetVersion> in mod About.xml is deprecated! Use <supportedVersions> tag instead. (example: <supportedVersions><li>1.0</li></supportedVersions>)
