Antimatter Power Boost

Description
This changes the Ship Reactor to produce 16 kW of power, require a lot more resources to build, and increases the research cost from 6000 to 7000.

The Ship Reactor is end-game and requires considerable research, yet it only generates 1 kW? That's not enough to power a microwave oven, let alone a starship. That's only thirteen 75-watt lamps worth of electricity... yet it runs on antimatter?! What's more, the Ship Reactor has a long startup process that will attract raiders.

Also, before recent updates, building a Ship Reactor required a huge investment in resources. It used to require resources worth 9025 Silver (market value). But it has been nerfed down to a worth of 5205 Silver.

Building a ship to escape the planet is end-game. The game is finished once this is accomplished. IMO, to make building a starship faster and easier would make winning the game feel cheaper. I'd rather have it be more of a challenge. And what part of a starship should be more of a challenge than an antimatter reactor?

With this mod, building a Ship Reactor requires 300 Steel (down from 350), 500 Plasteel (up from 280), 170 Uranium (up from 70) and 12 Advanced Components (up from 8), for a total market value of 8490 Silver (up from 3861). In contrast, a Geothermal generator produces 3.6 kW and requires just 340 Steel and 8 Components to build, with a market value of only 902 silver.

With the cost of a single Ship Reactor at 8490 Silver, one could build more than 9.4 Geothermal generators, producing over 34 kW of power. With those facts in mind, I think having the Ship reactor generate 16 kW is more than fair.

COMPATIBILITY AND SAVES:

This is a simple mod that uses xpath to patch power output, material costs and research cost directly. So it should be compatible with other mods. I can't imagine it impacting saved games, either. Removing it should be fine, too.

Needs an update for Rimworld version 1.1 and the DLC.

I just pushed a very minor update to correct a yellow error. This should have no impact on games, either way. It just removes a harmless error. Specifically, I changed <targetVersion> to <supportedVersions>:
<targetVersion> in mod About.xml is deprecated! Use <supportedVersions> tag instead. (example: <supportedVersions><li>1.0</li></supportedVersions>)

i thought the reason the ship reactor only generates 1kw is because it is in hibernation mode, not because it is weak

It never felt right to me that a reactor powerful enough to drive three starship engines would produce less power than it takes to power a lightbulb.
