Hole 15 is broken, I no longer have access to the file so I can't edit it. I have no idea why one of the pieces super sized and several others disappeared.
It is also no longer possible to get a hole in one on all the holes anymore, I believe the best possible score is now 19. So fair enough, I probably ought to change that on steam, and the holes are supposed to get progressively harder. with a fair bit of variation in their (some tough ones earlier and some easy ones late.
I disagree that the course is a gimmick course, or some of the holes are gimmick holes. I do currently believe each design offers the player a good balance of easy holes, and ones with more more complex decision making and balance of risk.
If you're going for a gimmick map, go for a gimmick map. If you're going for a classic or a classic+ map (which your description suggests), go for a classic/classic+ map. Do not switch between the two mid way.
As is, it feels like you need to revisit it, add in the second path for hole 15, I think it was, and reevaluate what you want to do with this map. It went from a fairly decent design to trying to be way too complicated and cutesy for its own good, and after about hole 8, any method of getting a hole in 1 was off the table outside of possibly having powers and jumping on.
I appreciate what you were attempting, but please, when you make a bold claim like this, work to back it up.
If you're interested, Northernlion and his friends used your map for the last day of their Golf with Your Friends competitive series. That's actually how I learned about this particular course haha. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOW1N7o0k7g Here's NLs, links to his friends vids are in the description.
I'm gonna try and test it out to see if I can hole in one some (or any lol) of these. Methinks I'll be torturing myself.
