Description
A modified Scout that is silent.

SWEP.KIND = WEAPON_EQUIP1 (slot7)
Is in Equipment slot 7
Uses the SilentUSP sound when shot (same as silenced Pistol)
Victims will not scream

Has the same stats as a normal scout rifle
Uses the same model as a normal scout rifle
Uses normal sniper ammo (refillable!)

Buyable for both Traitors and Detectives
