Set throttle to 100%. Take off at about 140 m/s then pitch up so that the prograde marker is at 15 degrees above the horizon. Hold it at 12-15 degrees until you reach an altitude where your speed starts dropping then immediately switch to closed cycle mode and burn until apoapsis is over 80km. If flown correctly you will have 4200 delta-v in LKO so you can even get to duna if you want, although you cant land on duna but you can land on Ike and still get back to Kerbin without refueling.
