Run Stone Duster if amount greater than

This script runs the Stone Duster modded component, only if the amount set in the stone duster's CustomData is greater than the amount set.

IE, set a value in the Stone Duster's CustomData to a value like, 100000 to keep stone (and gravel) at or below that amount.

Limitations:

It isn't an exact value, since it doesn't control the stone duster more than on and off. Though it is close enough for my use. Change the program's runtime.updatefrequency if you want a more exact value.

The stone duster destroys gravel as well as stone, so I also have no say of how that is done here. Use a sorter if that concerns you.

It controls only one stone duster by the name "StoneDuster". If you want a different name, there is a const that can be changed at the head of the program. If you can help me find all the stone dusters, than I can modify the script to handle that.
