Kolt's Command Center is an awesome mod, I always wished that
at least one of the ceiling monitors would be of use instead of
decoration.

So I made this!

It is stand alone, you do not need to have Kolt's Command Pack.
It will not overwrite existing monitors if you do have it, so to use it
you will need to place it from the G Menu.

You can not access the programmable block directly from the screen. You
will need to access it from the control panel screen from another access
point on the grid it is attached to. (Without the original model I can not
add a screen hit box to access it directly.)

For now it is a Large Block Variant, I may update it to include small grid later.

Has its own G Menu Heading and it's own unique icon to tell it apart from the
default Command Pack Monitor and Kolt's Timer Block that I made.

Unlike the normal monitor, this can be mouted from the top, back, bottom and sides.
