Its a test. Cirno dont appear normally. It works.
You need to activate the development mode and make it appear in the command menu.

It doesnt do anything relevant, it only gives fragments of edible ice.

Mini Cirno:
°she dies with just one hit
°3 edible ice each 3 days
°very weak damage

Cirno:
°she dies with just two hits
°9 edible ice each 5 days
°very strong damage
