TB stands for Tug Boat........... I think anyways
This is Sall Innovations first ship on Stormworks!

This Small boat comes with
(basic stuff like lights an engine and a horn but also)
A tow winch
Exterior lights (that blink)
Spotlights
and a scuttle button (takes around 1-4 minutes to sink)

Controls:
4 and 5 for throttle
A and D for steering
1 is the horn
3 is the starter

Also I fixed the problem with the engine expoding after 30 seconds of running
