Hey, can you enable the new building skins?

is it possible to get the ultimate apartments in the underground? i would try to do it myself but i've got no idea how surviving mars modding works. thank you if you do decide to do so

Is there any way to apply this concept to the smart apartments? If it is too much for you to do, I would be open to learning how to do it myself, and be happy to give you the credit.

I like this idea, although I think it's a bit over powered (for me), I was looking for something in the 48 colonists range...I did find one, but then I started thinking about Apartment mods...I'm trying to learn, but thought I would throw this out there for you @eliteSweden;

If the apartment complexes could have services added to them, like maybe apartments with dinner or with bar or any of the "stores"

I mean in most major cities, Apartments\Condos have shops on the first level!

I have been playing computer games since 1988ish, on one of the first PC's that DELL made (so I an OLD). You make very good mods hope you keep it up. If you could give me the coding so that I can put it in my own personal mod I would appreciate it. Thanks again

@rocknkroll Yes, I could lock it so you have to research it, but the change will effect over 3200 subs, so I can't do that, sorry. Just don't build it untill you have researched it maybe? Restrain yourself man! ;)

Is there any way so that this mod will not be in effect until after you have researched the apartment building?? It would seen to be more fair in playing the game to have to research the item before you can play with your excellent mods.
