Prelude V2

Description
Version 2 of the Prelude hovercraft adds in the hoverglitch and improved front end response to ground to reduce instances of hitting the ground while transitioning from flat ground to hills.

Requires R&D, built in unstable 1.0.1.1. Do not use with stable 1.0.1!

Right click TerraTech from your Steam Library, select Properties, click the tab Betas, and opt into the unstable branch.
