Description
- - - > 11 June 2019 news: This map is old, soon I'll be releasing a WAY better version of it. If you want to know when it's getting released, subscribe to my workshop so you'll see it in the steam activity in future. It'll be released as a new map, so this old version will stay up in the workshop and won't receive updates. FOR SPOILERS AND NEWS ABOUT THE NEWER VERSION, CHECK THE COMMENTS, I'M ALWAYS POSTING THERE.

The best map for having fun in sandbox, perfect especially for making vehicles! There's both ground, air and water. As ground, there's also stunts, and few for water too. Check the screenshots for more infos!

The idea of this map came when I was building wooden rockets (since it's one of the few materials that can be destroyed in Gmod) and after many hours I kinda got sick of them smashing pretty quickly into the skyboxes, so I simply decided to make a map as large as possible! Not that it's infinite, but I enjoy this way more than flatgrass or construct, where construct is actually very tiny in term of size! Also I like the idea of having both a lot of ground, air and water space for having a lot of variety in vehicles or having fun in general. I hope you do as well!

... Also... since I like horror themes and levels with monsters, I decided to put a "spooky" level under the map! So be sure to check it out! You start from the dark square in the ground shown in the screenshots.

this map SUCKS! I haerd that it's so cool and stupid that it's better than anything Gary newbman could make! I heard sucks is a cool english word for really cool!

Hey there! Despite still having intention of releasing this map, I sadly had an hard stop on it because of irl. Currently I have to finish off a few things, make a bunch of anti-grief triggers in certain areas and optimize it by converting some things into props. I sadly cannot give an ETA, but whenever I'll get more free I'll make sure to put this done. Have a good one everyone, stay safe and awesome <3

Nice! I would be thrilled to see the latest progress.

It's always better to put time into map making than rushing. It's a long process. Some may even take years to finish.

I like the idea of the Arab area having enemies. That way I wouldn't have to set spawners manually so shootouts would be diverse.

Looking forwards to this.

[PART 3] This started as a thing for myself, evolved into releasing it for everyone but was still a very simple map despite still getting a lot of good feedback out of it (unexpected!), but you gonna go crazy with this remake I'm making.
As I already said, it's gonna be released as a new map, this workshop page won't be updated.

[PART 2] Gonna have triggerable type of enemies including a helicopter with its movement paths. I'm making a "portal" area where it brings you to the different locations all around the map, since otherwise you'd have to travel a lot with the noclip and especially you won't know where each are is situated, unless you literally study the map which isn't really the optimal thing, I'm gonna be making portals for each one to quickly get to places.

Making a map like mine in gmod isn't easy task since during mapping there's tons of factors which you don't even think they exist until you encounter them. And to me personally this is fun, but sometimes frustrating and time consuming, thats why its taking time. Also, I keep tweaking stuff and having more ideas, which ofc means the map get delayed a bit more. For its launch, I'm also gonna make imgur albums showing cut content from the final map, various stages of the make of them and so on.

[PART 1] Despite the months of silence, know that I'm still working on the map. I've been changing and adding so many things that I can't even keep track of it, and after I'll finish everything I'll need to optimize it all for making it run. Also changed ideas on some stuff because either not as fun as I thought or simply isn't possible or incredibly time consuming, even more than it's already taking! Sorry can't give an ETA, just know I'm still working on it. The arab area gonna be most likely like a mission, something like "clear the town from the baddies" and when you enter in specific triggers those gonna make enemies spawn in various rooms etc, basically you just gotta clear out the area. About enemies infinitely spawning, there's another area on its own which can be used for anything, even pvp if you'd wish to.
