Rainbow Six Operators - Blue Fix

In the process of rebelling nearly 1800H, the first player model MOD used was the Rainbow Six Operators - Blue.
The beautiful blue is very conspicuous in many fancy skins, and I am full of affection for it.
However, in the previous iteration update, this MOD has many problems, which makes it impossible to use normally, so I tried to fix it.
