Fuel Refinery

Description
[Stock] A big ol' fuel tank and processor with a nice asymmetric design and 3 mini docking ports to expand with. Capable of unmanned operation so you can leave it to collect ore and refine on its own, but there is a mk1 crew cabin and two external seats to allow engineers to supervise the process.

It has micro wheels so you can control from the docking port on the end and drive it that way, either on Kerbin or whichever planet you land it on. In the screenshots above this was the second piece of the base to land, the hangar being first since it has unpowered landing gear wheels.
