MAKE SURE THIS IS LOADED BEFORE THE MAIN MOD FILE TO OVERRIDE PROPERLY

This override increases attunement cooldowns to help avoid cooldown reset abuse and balance the class a bit more, if you choose to throttle yourself a bit.

what do u mean load before main mod ? i think the override or patch should load after the main mod, right ?
