Italians and Romans use Muslim faces

Description
Italians and Romans use their Italian/Roman clothes and a modified version of the Muslim faces from Holy Fury. Italians/Romans do not use those features, hairstyles and beards that would not match these populations.

Ironman and achievement compatible.

Could you make this compatible with "Crowns, not just for men?" Whenever I use them together Italians and Romans revert back to their vanilla forms.
