Additional Commerce lots with five similar commerce-based lots.
(1) Goldie Jewels, a competitor to Shiney Jewelry. Clearly more elegance can be found in just a simple statement... "He went to Goldie." Has Merchants to buy and sell from. If you're feeling risky, you can even attempt to steal from the back room! Just be mindful of Security.
(2) Mattress Land is the king of all mattresses! Shop here if you're looking for some nice fabric and mattresses! Also has a merchant selling the same as the Department Store.
(3) King's Head Pub is a competitor to the Cube Pub. Styled after an Old English Pub, the Kings Head serves good food, and boasts some of your Turf Pride!
(4) Gas-N-Dash is a competitor to the Service Station, and serves a smaller population. Use if you want to go for that "small town" feel.
(5) Fish N' Chips is based off of a typical fish n' chips joint in London. The bottom is for customers, the top for owners, and possibly renters!
(6) Clinic adds a 2x1 clinic with two Medic shop merchants. Essentially functions as an early game hospital or spawn point for pills. Needs a 500 residential population.
(7) Dudeham Pizza adds a 3x3 Restaurant with an arcade/play area, a vehicle spawn, and Food merchants. So ignore social distancing and spice up your suburbs with the best pizza. Arrives right on time, all the time!
(8) Large Airport adds a massive airport with dual runways and an airplane spawn. Perfect as an airport Hub!
(9) Museum of Art and Design. Adds a massive 6x6 Museum based on the Museum of Contemporary Art in Zagreb, Croatia! Is a Player Unique building that will definitely make you income if you have the right amount of residents nearby! Full of many references, memes, and rooms for you to get lost in!
(10) Large Cemetery. A large cemetery based on the default Graveyard special building, along with additional designs. Contains a massive catacomb based on a repeating template design.
(11) Country Club. A 20x20 lot size country club. Features a full 18-hole golf course, a pool, tennis courts, cottages, gardens, and a clubhouse. The clubhouse contains a Ballroom, a "Tea" Room, a Gym, lounges, a restaurant, and if you can find the mostly hidden entrance, a large wine cellar!
(12) Wow-A-Burger. Adds a 3x3 Fast Food Restaurant based off a certain Texan-based fast food restaurant. Has carspawners in various locations surrounding the building!
(13) Knuckles Drive In. Adds a 3x3 Fast Food Restaurant based off of a classic drive-in restaurant found in the US. Serves your Turf citizens with various fast food goodies and also has carspawners!
(14) Chicken Fried Kountrily. Adds a Red and White themed Fast Food Chicken Restaurant based off of an American classic. Has car spawn locations.
(15) Jaaymes Fast Food. Adds a Purple, Gray, and Red themed Fast Food Restaurant reminiscent of a mid-century Fast Food chain from Columbus, Ohio... and possibly a Japanese Video Game series. Has car spawn locations.
(16) Tomato Garden. When you're here, you're like a 4th Cousin once removed on your Dad's side. Resembles a classic American Italian Restaurant chain.
(17) AT-AT Cellular. A small mobile phone store.
(18) Cottage Confections Bakery. A Small Gluten-Free Bakery with a Chef, and a fancy upstairs apartment. Great for downtowns!
(19) Donny's Bowling Alley. A Bowling Alley with a ton of pop culture references to classic movies and TV shows.
(20) Tyatsmer's Resort Casino. The bestest, biggliest, casino in Turf, believe me! Nobody builds a casino quite like Tyatsmer! If you can find your way to the Casino vault, you can have a good shootout to remember. Do NOT try to steal the car from the casino... believe me, I've tried... but it is possible ;-)
(21) Post Office. Adds a little government building with postal services
(22) Suds-N-Go Car Wash. A very, very fancy carwash. You won't find these in the slums!
(23) Quick N Cheap Car Wash. Remember what I said above? Well imagine the opposite.
(24) Bukav, Bound & Associates Law firm. Your standard legal practice dealing in trench law for the common person - family law, criminal law, drafting - they do it! - you'll find in the OFFICE tabs when building!
(25) Poets Also Prose Bookstore. Your small coffee shop and general store mixed into one! Think quirky bookshop in a small town vibes.
(26) Tat-2 Tattoo Parlor. Looking for Ink? This is your place!
(27) Pythagoras Engineering Firm. Bringing some classic architectural designs to your city! Found under the OFFICE Tab.
(28) Butters Financial, LLC. When you study the stock market for years on end since high school, this small team will help you push your position to the moon... Or at least launder money for you. Found under the OFFICE Tab.
(29) Sundollars. Everyone's favorite Coffee Chain with very expensive coffee and tea!
(30) Sapporoll Sushi. High End Sushi Restaurant. Save for the most expensive of Voxel Dates under the Cherry Blossom porch!
(31) Strip Mall. A Strip Mall with a variety of different merchants!
