Call of Duty Civs - The United Nations Space Alliance

Description
Adds the United Nations Space Alliance - from Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare - into the game as a playable Civilization led by Admiral Fredrick Raines.

====!!!! IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE !!!!====
This mod requires the Brave New World expansion pack to work, and WILL NOT function properly without it. However, as with every other mod I have created, I have chosen not to modify the dependency setting to require Brave New World, so those that do not have it can use the mod as they please. However, the mod is almost guaranteed to be a horribly broken - but playable - mess without the second expansion pack, so if you do not have the Brave New World expansion pack, proceed into a game with this mod at your own risk.

====!!!!---- KNOWN ISSUES ----!!!!====
DO NOT open up the Civilopedia entry for the AATIS Defense System by right-clicking on the AATIS icon. My beta testing has proven that using this shortcut to the Civilopedia has the potential to glitch the game in different ways. The worst effect I observed was the game's entire interface becoming completely invisible, rendering the game unplayable and leaving the player with no choice but to quit to the main menu. I think I know what has caused this issue, but there was no way to fix the problem without breaking other parts of the mod. The best solution for this is to never right-click on the AATIS Defense System's icon, and to use the Help button to access the Civilopedia entry manually, navigating to the AATIS Defense System's Civilopedia entry normally.

Another known issue - a harmless one, this time - is the fact that the AATIS Defense System uses the visual model of the Red Fort wonder. Setting the visual model to anything else seemed to break cities and turn them invisible, so in the end I decided to just go with the Red Fort. By the way, I checked - and if the player has the Red Fort and AATIS Defense System in the same City, two Red Forts will visually appear in nearby tiles. This isn't technically a glitch, but it was worth noting because it's still something unintended that made it into the final release.

====Description====
The United Nations Space Alliance is a Civilization with a focus on lategame defense, with their trait and unique units alike both becoming available in the Information Era. Their unique trait provides them with a unique wonder that only they can build - the AATIS Defense System, an incredibly powerful array of defensive cannons that can rip apart enemy armies in seconds and ensure that the City in which it was built is never conquered by rival nations. In addition, the AATIS Defense System provides a bonus to defensive buildings in all Cities, allowing the UNSA to hold down their territories with ease - even in the face of large enemy attacks. This wonder can be especially useful in the lategame fight to the finish, as the AATIS guns can prove an excellent defense and deterrent against any nations that may consider betraying the UNSA or invading their territories to stop their victory.

====Unique Ability - Iron Shield====
Gain access to the AATIS Defense System - a unique World Wonder available only to the United Nations Space Alliance that provides +50 additional Defense to the city in which it was built, and a +20% increase to the strength of all defensive structures in every city belonging to the UNSA.

====Unique Unit 1 - SCAR Team====
The SCAR Team is an XCOM Squad replacer available to the UNSA that excels at special operations, with one additional Sight and an extended paradrop ability allowing it to drop into enemy territory and carry out a wide variety of stealth missions. From reconning enemy positions, to harassing enemy tiles, to striking specific targets, there is very little that the SCAR Team cannot do. In addition, this power comes at a significantly reduced Production cost, allowing SCAR Teams to be produced much faster than the XCOM Squad. However, despite these advantages, the SCAR Team is ten points weaker than its vanilla counterpart, making it significantly less effective in direct combat.

====Unique Unit 2 - Jackal====
The Jackal is a unique Jet Fighter replacer available to the UNSA that is much stronger than its vanilla counterpart, having 90 points of Combat Strength compared to the Jet Fighter's 15. This allows the UNSA's air force to dominate the battles in the air, preventing any foreign air attacks and providing a wide-open sky for the UNSA's own air force to conduct battlefield support operations. With the sky under their control, it is much easier for the UNSA to win lategame wars, allowing them to cruise to victory that much easier.

This is the United Nation Space Alliance (or UNSA) from Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. It's a completely different thing from a completely different game. But I understand the confusion.

Wait so there are two UNSCs?
