Description
A pier was abandon back in the 50s and we reopen it with a low budget. Can you turn the poor into the richest Pier?

Scenario:
Have at least 4 coasters in your park with an excitement rating of 50.0 or above
Have at least 1,000 guests in your park
Have a overall park rating of at least 57%
Have a happiness rating of at least 68%
Have an operating profit of at least $3,000.00
Have no loan debts
