This is a port of black doom, right from shadow the hedge hog

There are extra bones in the cape, chain, and ears that was meant to be for jiggle bones, but I couldn't get them to work, so what I did is just leave them as normal bones, in the actual QC file used to compile this model there's a commented out block of text that makes all the bones mentioned jiggle bones. If need be I'll release the project file and someone who knows how the values works better than I do can get it to work, or you could do the sensible thing and manually make the bones move, because that looks better.
