This tactic creates alot of chances whilst remaining defesively sturdy and strong. The Wingbacks offer attacking support along with the Mezzala's and the 2 Forwards, Meaning it creates an overload in the box along with the security in defence due to the 3 Defenders and the Defensive Midfielder screening just in front.

POSITIONAL NEEDS:

CD's - good on the ball with the standard defensive attributes you expect from a defender.

CWB's - Good at attacking with crossing, stamina and work rate being key attributes.

DM - Defensively and Physically competent

Mezzala's - Technically great with good movement off the ball.

Forwards - Fundamentaly an allrounder as I personally tend to swap them around during games. Important to get the AF trained on liking to beat the offside trap.

Trequartista can be changed out to a Deep Lying Forward.
