Leader: Tigranes II the Great

UA: Aramazd's Blessing - +1 Citizen in all Cities when a City is founded on a Hill. +1 Great Person Point in the Capital. +33% Unhappiness from Cities until Printing Press.

UB: Khachkar, replaces the Monument. No maintenance cost and one free Worker in the City in which it is built.

UU: Artaxiad Foot Soldier, replaces the Spearman. Effective against Mounted Units. Upgrades at half cost and is 20% stronger.

Strategy:
This civ is early-game and expansive based. The +1 GPP may not sound like much, but it is useful. It affects Great Artist, Engineer, Merchant and Scientist progress. You could get Great Persons within 100 turns.
You can either:
- Avoid building/using anything that gives extra GPP points such as Wonders and Specialists. If you do, your progress of all Great Persons stays the same, which allows you to get four Great Persons at turn 100. However, you'll probably miss some early game Wonders because of this.
- Or you make as many Wonders as possible to speed up one Great Person's progress. Keep in mind that the cost goes up after one Great Person is born, which means you won't get all four Great Persons at once.
You can use these Great Persons to strengthen your Capital in early game by building the Great Tile Improvements near it.
Establishing Cities on Hills makes every City grow, which supports both the early-game and expansive elements. You'll also get a larger-than-usual Capital.
Also, you should build the UB before anything else if you start in the Prehistoric Era to get a Worker early on.
The UU effects stay when upgraded, which means all upgrades are cheaper and the units stay stronger than usual.

Can you make +1 citizen in all cities only when a new city is founded on a hill, not when a city is captured? 'cause before I capture a city, I have to see whether it's on a hill or not. If it is, then I will get much unhappiness because of the increase of population. So it's almost impossible to kill everyone on the map (except if the map is really tiny).

@soad.core But what would I call it? Cataphract? Probably not. And I need some kind of visual representation of them.

Also, you added foot soldier as a special unit. But Armenia had one of the best cataphracts.

I thought one would be good

@Michael This mod still requires some updating. If I'd increase the culture, I would add no more than 1 extra Culture point, though.
