RLM Contest#5: Ito-571 Vesuvius Gunship

Named after the volcano that destroyed Pompeii, the Ito-751 Vesuvius is a gunship made for the RLM contest #5. It is armed with 4, power 8 cannons on movable turrets. It has the ability to maintain an orbit and place continuous fire on a target. The orbit can be toggled on and off so that you can fly normally or start the orbit and focus on firing the cannons. The plane does not have an autobalancing feature, so it is likely small corrections will be need to made to the orbit as you fly. Although it is quite sluggish in terms of maneuverability, it is quite a fun plane to play around with.

How to Fly

-Do not attempt to pitch up while on the ground till the plane reaches 200kmh
-Pitch down is relatively ineffective on this plane; be careful to not fly too steeply
-To begin the orbit, roll about 20 degrees in the direction of orbit, then toggle the orbit
-If the plane begins to pitch down as you orbit, it is rolled too far. Roll back a bit till it maintains a steady altitude
-If the plane begins to pitch up as you orbit, it is not rolled far enough. Roll more into the orbit to maintain a steady altitude
