Performance 3.0

Description
The purpose of this mod is to remove India and Tibet from the base game, and in theory having less characters in the world is a good thing for the Performance of this game.

As of 11/24/2018 this has been updated to the DLC Holy Fury and patch 3.0

This previous version of this was Performance 2.8, which removed Mali, East Africa, Tarim Basin, Tibet, and India.
This mod will not remove extra bits unless I am convinced to do so.

Yup, and Mali and Kanem-Bornu for the release. Might have another version which removes more.

I will probably be removing Mali and Kanem-Bornu, and that will be about it. It should be done today, and should come out maybe today, most likely tomorrow. It will be a new page, and I will post the link in the comments when its ready.

Removing the steppes could cause issues with events such as the Mongol invasion, I don't think removing West Africa, Ethiopia and Somalia will cause problems though.
