SFO I can't speak to. It doesn't need an update for regular or training grounds, it works fine in both.

You're changing it in script, which is good. The DB section is only a dummy which shows you how many you get, it doesn't actually activate it.

My only suspicion is that you have other mods which might be using that script, since I didn't trim it down. If you have anything else affecting Vampire Bloodlines it will likely clash here.
