My Making History Saturn V recreation with Apollo modules, including a rover. It is very friendly to fly to both the Mun and Minmus.
Action Groups:
Group 1: Eject Launch Escape System
Group 2: Toggle Solar Array
Abort: Activates Launch Escape System

How to Fly: Launch at around 85% Throttle and drain the full first stage performing a slow turn to 90 degrees. Upon depletion staging will drop the first stage, staging again will activate stage 2 engines, and a thrid stage will drop the shroud. Now drop the LES with Action Group 1. Raise Apoapsis to 150km then circularise. Stage 2 will still have alot of fuel but now drop it and use Stage 3 for Munar Injection. Once on course to the Mun Decouple the Jr port on the top of the LEM and swing the Command Module around to dock with it, then decouple from Stage 3.
Circularise at the Mun with the Command Module Engine. Transfer 2 Kerbals to the LEM and land with the first LEM stage. Once landed undock the rover. (Has a probe core but must be connected to KSC). Make sure to disable Torque on the SAS module before driving. To leave undock and use Stage 2 to re-enter orbit and dock with the Command Module. Ditch the LEM and fly back to Kerbin. Decouple the shroud over the parachutes and land. Mission Complete.
